Leonard Williams impresses against Atlanta Falcons

by Tom Woods | Seahawks Correspondent | Sat, Aug 22nd 1:12pm EDT

New York Jets first-round defensive lineman Leonard Williams impressed against the Atlanta Falcons in preseason on Friday night, recording one-and-a-half sacks, a tackle for a loss and a safety against a poor offensive line. Williams helped the Jets to a victory, with the tide turning in New York's favour after he brought down T.J. Yates in the quarterback's own end zone. (ESPN)

Fantasy Impact:

Widely regarded as the best player in the 2015 NFL Draft, Williams changed the game and was a force to be reckoned with on the Jets' defensive line. He should be one of the top picks in IDP dynasty leagues and, with Sheldon Richardson out for at least the first four weeks of the season, Williams could be a fantasy asset this year as he's likely to see the field more often than originally anticipated.
