D'Onta Foreman (neck) back with Browns' Friday, not practicing

Fantasy Impact:
Foreman isn't practicing, but it's a good sign he is with the team to begin with. Cleveland won't rush him back following the scary incident during Thursday's practice where he had to be taken off the field and to the hospital. Foreman is expected to open the season in a short-yardage role when healthy.
