Saints QB Spencer Rattler is officially inactive for Week 1.
Fantasy Impact:
Rattler will likely dress as the emergency QB, but Jake Haener will get the nod to serve as the backup to Derek Carr in Week 1. Rattler should be left on the waiver wire for now.
