O’Connell returns after sitting out Thursday’s practice due to an illness. The signal-caller is coming off of a career-best performance in Week 13 against the Kansas City Chiefs, and barring any setbacks looks poised to take advantage of another favorable matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 14.
