Fantasy Impact:
To no surprise, Carr was unable to practice on Thursday. He's still managing a serious hand injury and is still in the NFL's concussion protocols, which makes it extremely unlikely that he will play this week possibly at all for the rest of the season. Rookie Spencer Rattler and Jake Haener are both possible candidates to start for the Saints in Week 15, assuming Carr is ruled out prior to game time.
