Trey Sermon inked a one-year contract with the Steelers, per team sources. The 26-year-old, who averaged 2.8 yards per carry with the Colts in 2024, joins a revamped backfield alongside Jaylen Warren, Kenneth Gainwell, and rookie Kaleb Johnson. (Jordan Schultz)
Fantasy Impact:
Sermon’s 99 receiving yards in 2024 add slight PPR value, but his 2.8 YPC clip slots him as an RB4 behind Jaylen Warren and Kaleb Johnson in Pittsburgh’s crowded backfield. Kenneth Gainwell’s presence further caps his touches, limiting 2025 upside. He’s a deep dynasty stash at best.
