Fantasy Impact:
The Eagles have now added three players on the defensive side of the ball in the past week. Phillips figures to provide an immediate boost to the Eagles pass rush, who totaled three sacks so far this season with Miami. He is on an expiring contract, so he'll have a lot to play for the rest of this season.
