T.J Ward leaves early with injury

The Denver defense lost a key contributor to their defense early Sunday night in their game against the Patriots. Safety T.J Ward was carted off the field with an apparant ankle injury and did not return for the second half of the game. Ward was seen after the game with a boot on his left foot and has initially been diagnosed with a high ankle sprain according to Rotoworld.com. (Rotoworld)
Fantasy Impact:
Ward along with defensive tackle Sylvester Williams were injured on the same play in the first quarter against the Patriots. Ward will have a MRI Monday morning to determine if there is further damgage. Expect him to miss at least the next couple of weeks. Ward has 56 tackles on the year, the third highest total for the Broncos.
