Myles Garrett (knee) will undergo arthroscopic surgery and will be placed on injured reserve by the Los Angeles Rams according to Tom Pelissero. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Garrett was stifled in Thursday night’s season opener while still being limited with the knee injury for head coach Sean McVay and will now miss at least the next four games.
