Isiah Pacheco (back/knee) out for 12 weeks after undergoing back surgery
by Garrett Ball | Lions Correspondent |
Isiah Pacheco (back/knee) is out for at least the next 12 weeks after undergoing surgery to remove a body that was pressing a nerve on his neck. The plan is to have him back in early December. (Ian Rapoport on X)
Fantasy Impact:
It’s a tough blow to Pacheco, who was already struggling with a knee injury. He’s droppable in all formats, as his handcuff status for 2026 is pretty much out the window.
