The Cincinnati Bengals selected CB William Jackson III as their 24th pick

The Bengals took the best on the board as their 24th pick. Some had hoped for a WR but Jackson is a solid addition to the defense. He led the nation in passes defended last year at Houston and also added 23 passes broken up and five interceptions. He needs to become more physical in pass coverage and become stronger in run support, all things that can be properly coached. He needs development and will likely not become a starter for another year or two.
