Browns will not exercise LB Barkevious Mingo's fifth-year option

Fantasy Impact:
It makes sense, as Mingo has under-achieved to this point in his career since being drafted with the sixth overall pick in 2013. He will now face competition from rookies Emmanuel Ogbah and Carl Nassib, but will likely still play an integral role on defense. He needs a career year in 2016 to convince the new Browns front office that he is worth keeping around for the long haul.
