Joe Haden hopeful to return for start of regular season

Joe Haden continues to be without a clear time frame on his return from offseason ankle surgery, but he told reporters that he's determined not to miss any regular season games as a result of the procedure. (Akron Beacon Journal)

Haden added that he's not sure about his status for training camp. As we've seen with players that miss time in the preseason, for injury or other reasons, if they attempt to return to games too quickly they can re-injure themselves. The Browns aren't quite as publically optimistic about Haden's return for Week 1, so owners will want to monitor his status moving forward.
