Richard Sherman speaks on the 'Legion of Boom'

The Seattle Seahawks defense has been one of te NFL's most stout and dangerous units for a number of ears. Outspoken cornerback Richard Sherman spoke to ESPN about their secondary, nicknamed the "Legion of Boom." "We’re hitting our prime, that’s what I’d say," Sherman said. "We’re much more veteran. We have a great understanding of what’s being asked of us and how to approach the game," he later added. (ESPN)

The Seattle Seahawks defense is a dangerous unit, especially when they play at home in front of the 12th man. Seattle's D/ST finished the 2015 season ranked sixth at the position tallying 168 fantasy points and a 10.5 FPPG average. The Seahawks signed Brandon Browner this offseason, who was a key part of the "Legion of Boom" when they were at their best in 2013. Browner was never the same in New England and New Orleans and could rejuvenate his career now that he is back in Seattle. The Seahawks should be considered a top-five defense for the upcoming fantasy football campaign.
