Byron Marshall impresses at training camp

by Brad Cowger | Tue, Jul 26th 8:33am EDT

UDFA Byron Marshall demonstrated versatility in both the running and passing game to open training camp. Before missing most of his 2015 season at Oregon with an ankle injury, Marshall had success as both a WR and RB. In 2013, he rushed for over 1000 yards and in 2014 he had over 1000 yards receiving. Fantasy Impact:

It is still very early in the process and training camp always creates a lot of buzz about players, but Byron Marshall's skill set is something to keep an eye on. Philly HC Doug Pederson will find ways to use RBs out of the backfield and Marshall has the ability to be fantasy steal if he receives a two position designation (WR/RB) similar to Denard Robinson in 2014-2015.
