According to Mike Tomlin, Le'Veon Bell's appeal for his four-game suspension is set to take place in "mid-August." (Jeremy Fowler on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
After pessimistic reports regarding his chances of winning the appeal, Bell won't find out if his four-game suspension will be upheld until at least the middle of August. This news doesn't change his fantasy value, as Bell owners will have to draft a fill-in at their running back slot until Week 5 when he'll return to face the Jets. Until then, DeAngelo Williams will serve as the Steelers' bell-cow. As long as his knee holds up in 2016, Bell should offer high-end RB1 fantasy numbers in every scoring format once he returns to action.
