Joey Bosa will not report to Chargers camp for day one

Contract offset language has held first-round draft selection Joey Bosa from signing with the San Diego Chargers thus far. It appears that there has been no real progress in those contract negotiations as Bosa will not attend the first day of camp with the Bolts.
Fantasy Impact:
This is not good news for either Bosa or the Chargers. Bosa needs all the reps he can get as he attempts to transition into his role as a true 3-4 DE. In addition, the porous run defense in San Diego desperately needs their top selection and his elite skill-set. This situation could get ugly quickly if they can't strike a deal.
