Alfred Morris racks up 100 total yards and TD in preseason round 2

Alfred Morris rushed for 85 yards on 13 carries (6.5YPC) and scored a TD in the Cowboys' 41-14 blowout win over the Dolphins on Friday night. Morris also had one reception for 15 yards.
Fantasy Impact:
With Ezekiel Elliott and Darren McFadden sidelined for the second straight week, Morris made a strong case for a roster spot with this performance. He showed great vision and even a bit of power on his TD scamper in the first quarter, and maintained his solid effort throughout the first half. Nearly as important for Morris was the fact that Darius Jackson, his top competition for the third RB spot, was only able to muster 43 yards on 14 carries (3.1YPC). It's hard to imagine many third string RBs holding fantasy value, but it's feasible for Morris if Elliott were to go down for an extended period of time, particularly given Darren McFadden's injury history.
