Marquise Goodwin in concussion protocol

by Keith Kraska | Browns Correspondent | Tue, Aug 23rd 8:01pm EDT

Buffalo Bills receiver Marquise Goodwin is in concussion protocol after hitting his head on the ground during practice Tuesday, Bills coach Rex Ryan said. (Buffalo News)

Fantasy Impact:

The speedy Goodwin had claimed the Bills' No. 3 wide receiver spot behind Sammy Watkins and Robert Woods. Greg Little played in three-receiver sets with Watkins out during Saturday's preseason game, and others battling for roster spots include Walt Powell, Jarrett Boykin, Greg Salas and Dezmin Lewis. In the Bills' run-first offense, which also involves the tight ends and running backs in the passing game a fair amount, whoever ends up with the No. 3 job has no fantasy value beyond the deepest best-ball leagues.
