Bennie Fowler hopeful to be ready for week one

Bennie Fowler had the brace on his elbow removed and did some running today. Head coach Gary Kubiak is hopeful that he will be ready for their week one match up against Carolina. (Troy Renck on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Fowler had been having a good preseason prior to fracturing his elbow on August 12th, but the Broncos' WR depth chart is murky behind entrenched starters Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders. A third-year undrafted free agent, Fowler is probably a long shot to become a fantasy-relevant player. He should be left on the waiver wire for the time being.
