Alex Smith has guided the Chiefs first-team offense to much success, so far this preseason. The former first-round pick has posted a 75 percent completion percentage this preseason, going 12-for-16 in two games. The offense has managed 204 yards in only 33 plays, good for a 6.1 yard per play average. (Chiefs.com)

He finished as the No. 13 quarterback last season in standard leagues and was just three points short of being a top twelve option. With a 139.9 quarterback rating last Sunday, he reminds us that he can be a serviceable QB2 or a solid bye week fill in.
