Dak Prescott solid in relief of Tony Romo

Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott completed 17-of-23 pass attempts for 116 yards and a touchdown in Thursday night's preseason contest against the Seattle Seahawks. The rookie signal-caller was also sacked once in the outing.

Fantasy Impact:

Prescott entered the game against the Seahawks after only three plays as Tony Romo exited the contest experiencing tightness in his back following a Cliff Avril sack that awkwardly bent his spine. Prescott threw his only touchdown of the night on an underthrown ball to Jason Witten in the end zone as the tight end made an excellent catch over his defender for the score. The rookie signal-caller once again looked like the real deal against a stout Seattle defense and is gaining fantasy relevance as Romo showed his first sign of injury of the 2016 season.
