Ben Roethlisberger precise and productive in win over Saints
by Robert Kohnfelder | Sat, Aug 27th 11:00am EDT
Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger completed 12-of-17 passes for 148 yards and two touchdowns in Friday's 27-14 win over the Saints.
Fantasy Impact:
What's most impressive about Roethlisberger's performance is that he did all his damage on just two possessions. In limited action with a full complement of starters, Roethlisberger's first touchdown went to Jesse James at the goal line, while his second was a 57-yard shot to Antonio Brown. The All-Pro WR burned a rookie CB and scored with relative ease. If Roethlisberger and his supporting cast can stay healthy in 2016, his fantasy value will undoubtedly remain in mid-range QB1 territory.
