Ka'Deem Carey passes concussion protocol for Saturday game

While Ka'Deem Carey may have been a non-factor in Saturday's loss, his four carries for nine yards does show he has recovered from his recent concussion. Carey also had one reception for ten yards -- suggesting he may provide value as a third down back.
Fantasy Impact:
Ka'Deem Carey will likely start at second in the depth chart behind Jeremy Langford; however, based on the running back by committee approach, which John Fox enjoys instituting, he may carve a decent chunk of the yardage from Langford. I would suggest that Carey is the most likely back in Chicago to benefit from John Fox's style, and furthermore, I would suggest he gets the second most points of any back in the starting weeks of the season. Expect Jordan Howard to possibly move past Carey in the depth charts, but not until the season is well underway.
