Fantasy Impact:
The Ravens are going with only two running backs again this week: Justin Forsett and Terrance West. Both should see prominent workloads once again against a beatable Browns defense and are worth FLEX consideration. Allen being a healthy scratch two weeks in a row is cause for alarm, and at this point there isn't much reason to hang on to him in all but the deepest of leagues.
