DeMarco Murray

DeMarco Murray has a big game in loss to the Raiders

by Steve Maro | Mon, Sep 26th 1:02pm EDT

Tennessee Titans’ RB DeMarco Murray had his best game of the year in a week 3 loss to the Oakland Raiders. Murray carried the ball 16 times for 114 yards and one TD. Murray also caught five passes for 41 yards.

Fantasy Impact:

While Murray is still clearly the starter in the RB rotation, he seems to be in a bit of a timeshare with rookie RB Derrick Henry. Despite the timeshare, the Titans clearly want to establish the run with Murray. What has been surprising, has been Murray’s use in the passing game. Murray has not caught less than five catches in a game this year and has at least 35 yards receiving in every game this year. Continue starting Murray in your lineups as he has RB1 potential regardless of the matchup.
