Shane Vereen out for the 2016 season

New York Giants RB Shane Vereen (triceps) suffered a triceps injury on Sunday that will require the rusher to undergo season-ending surgery. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Vereen will miss the rest of the 2016 season with a triceps injury. He served as New York's primary receiver out of the backfield and will likely be replaced by Orleans Darkwa or Bobby Rainey. Paul Perkins could also be in the mix for touches as the Giants sort out their running back depth chart without Vereen.
