J.J. Watt to miss the season

Houston Texans DE J.J. Watt, who went successful surgery to repair his injured back on Thursday, is expected to miss the remainder of the 2016 season according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It comes to no surprise that Watt will likely miss the duration of the 2016 season. It was expected earlier in the week when it was announced that he would undergo another procedure on his back and this latest report all but confirms those speculations. Houston's defense will likely be tested without Watt and could become a suspect unit from here on out. For fantasy football purposes, Houston's D/ST should no longer be considered as an every-week starting unit.
