Cardinal's deep ball threat should open up passing game for David Johnson

The Cardinals are great at throwing the deep ball, and defenses know it. Carson Palmer is just 5 for 17 on throws beyond 20 yards so far this season.
Fantasy Impact:
Carson Palmer was exceptional at pushing the ball deep last season, and defenses know it. They're defending the deep ball well, leaving underneath and intermediate routes open. This is David Johnson's forte. If Carson Palmer starts to take what defenses are giving him, it could mean a lot more catches for David Johnson, which could mean opening up the deep ball, which could mean opening up running lanes. Johnson is going to remain productive no matter what, but his ceiling will only rise as Carson Palmer starts to get his groove back.
