Doug Martin ruled out of Week 4

Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB Doug Martin (hamstring) has been officially ruled out for Week 4. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Martin will not play on Sunday which was expected. Charles Sims will once again draw the start in a tough matchup against the Denver Broncos and will likely draw the bulk of the workload with Martin sidelined. Sims should be considered as a low-end RB2 on Sunday who's upside appears to be grim facing Denver's stout defensive unit.
