Maxx Williams has been placed on IR

Baltimore Ravens tight end Maxx Williams was placed on injured reserve Friday. He has been dealing with cartilage issues of his knee and will need surgery. (Baltimore Ravens )
Fantasy Impact:
Last season, Williams broke rookie franchise records with 32 receptions and 268 receiving yards. This season he has no receptions due to being used as a blocker. The Ravens are still TE deep with Dennis Pitta, Crockett Gillmore, Darren Waller and Daniel Brown. Nick Boyle is serving out his second suspension.
