Rashard Higgins caught two passes for 19 yards as the Browns went on to lose to the Bengals 31-17.
Fantasy Impact:
Higgins now has three catches in his NFL career, all coming over the past two weeks. He has seen a slight uptick in playing time, but will likely lose that once Corey Coleman returns from a broken hand. Higgins can remain on the waiver wire in your league.
