Tennessee Titans WR Rishard Matthews had another pedestrian day with four catches off of seven targets for 37 yards.
Fantasy Impact:
Matthews has probably been the best of the Titans wide receivers and would probably be the guy that I would pick up if I had to play a Titans receiver. However, none of these players are consistent enough to start in standard-sized leagues, they all belong on the waiver wire.
