Cordarelle Patterson gets six touches against Detroit

Cordarelle Patterson had one rushing attempt Thursday for 22 yards, his biggest play of the day. He caught 5 of 5 targets but managed only 15 yards receiving.
Fantasy Impact:
It's good to see the Patterson is still getting looks on offense, but his upside is frustratingly limited by the fact that the team clearly doesn't trust him to run very many routes downfield. Many of Patterson's touches come on screen passes and rushing attempts, which don't often yield significant yardage gains. Patterson's getting enough touches to warrant flex consideration in deeper PPR leagues but won't become a truly viable fantasy option until he starts catching the ball further downfield or becomes a more reliable red zone option.
