Rob Gronkowski likely heading to IR

Rob Gronkowski is likely going to be placed on Injured Reserve tomorrow, Ian Rapoport reports. Rapoport tweeted out that Gronkowski is likely to be placed on IR tomorrow after reading the Patriots statement regarding his surgery. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Gronkowski being placed on IR is a huge blow to the Patriots offense and they will now have to retool their schemes without him. Expect Martellus Bennett to become the TE1 in New England and while he could have great value, he's also had some busted games with Gronkowski out. Regardless, he's a must-own TE streaming option based on upside. How this affects the rest of the Patriots offense remains to be seen.
