Fantasy Impact:
Jeremy Maclin's return doesn't return him as Alex Smith's usual number one target on offense. Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce have dominated targets and touches with Maclin out. We'd still leave Hill as a high-upside WR3 and Maclin as a low-floor WR4 even in a favorable matchup against the Raiders.
