Julio Jones a 'decoy' in Week 14?

Atlanta Falcons beat writer D. Orlando Ledbetter implied on his personal Twitter account that wide receiver Julio Jones (toe) will be a "decoy at best" in Week 14. (D. Orlando Ledbetter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Jones is listed as DNP (did not participate) for all of this week's practice sessions and is a game-time decision for Sunday's contest versus the Rams. Although Head Coach Dan Quinn "anticipates" the elite wideout playing, his role in the offense could be restricted. Normally a multiple week injury, turf toe is extremely painful to play with, which coincides with Ledbetter's suggestion that Jones will be a "decoy" in Week 14. Jones' fantasy owners should temper expectations for his production this week, or have a backup plan in place as he is a tremendous risk for the first round of the fantasy playoffs.
