Mark Ingram 'will play' Week 14

Fantasy Impact:
Rapoport suggests that Ingram "should be moving better" for Sunday's game versus Tampa Bay. That is good news for his fantasy owners as the Buccaneers' defense is ranked 13th in fantasy points allowed to opposing RBs and is a favorable matchup for the hobbled back to exploit. Ingram, who is not expected to be limited despite the toe injury, is a mid-range RB2 for Week 14 whose upside is impeded by Tim Hightower's presence and role in the offense.
