Russell Wilson has monstrous performance against Cardinals

Russell Wilson completed 29 of 45 pass attempts for 350 yards and four touchdowns on Saturday against Arizona. He also gained 36 yards on 10 rushing attempts.
Fantasy Impact:
Wilson was quiet for the entire first half before exploding for four touchdowns in the second half. After an awful performance in Week 14 against Green Bay, Wilson has now combined for seven touchdowns over his last two games. He'll be a top option against San Francisco in Week 17.
