Bears DST dreadful against Washington

by Aaron Martinuzzi | Bears Correspondent | Mon, Dec 26th 5:11pm EST

The Chicago Bears defense gave up 41 points and 478 yards to the Washington Redskins this weekend. To make matters worse, they failed to record a sack or force a turnover.

Fantasy Impact:

This unit was, unfortunately, put into numerous bad situations by quarterback Matt Barkley' five interceptions, but it's problematic that they were unable to disrupt the Redskins' passing game in retort. It's unlikely the Bears will go off in Week 17 but it's not unreasonable to think that they could put together a decent fantasy outing against the Vikings, a team that has been inconsistent at best on offense this year.
