Furman, a former sprinter at Old Mill, impressed the scouts with his combination of speed, size and flexibility at his college's pro day by running a 4.47 in the 40-yard dash and recording a 38-inch vertical leap. Furman played outside linebacker for one season at Oklahoma, but has been projected as a safety in the NFL.
