Fantasy Impact: Dissly underwent surgery to repair his torn Achilles earlier this week. His surgery went well and he could recover a few months ahead of the typical time-frame for such an injury. Dissly 's placement on injured reserve allows the Seahawks room for Jarran Reed on the 53-man roster.

Fantasy Impact: Peterson's spot on the active roster comes in conjunction with the placement of Brett Toth (illness) on the non-football injury list. He had been suspended the first six games of the season, and he's now set to retake his spot as Arizona's top cornerback. Peterson will give the Cardinals secondary a boost, which has struggled mightily most of the the season.
