Fantasy Impact: Mahomes appears to have avoided a fracture, but the MRI will determine if there is any ligament damage. He suffered the injury during a QB sneak in the second quarter and was ruled out the rest of the game. Matt Moore will be the Chiefs starting quarterback while Mahomes is sidelined.

Raiders wide receiver Tyrell Williams remained out of practice on Thursday as he continues to deal with plantar fasciitis despite the team having a bye in Week 6. (Source: Packers.com)

Fantasy Impact: Unless he is able to practice in some fashion on Friday, it sounds as if Williams is going to miss another game on Sunday. Look for an update when the team releases its official injury designations on Friday.

Packers wide receiver Geronimo Allison missed practice for the second straight day on Thursday as he continues to deal with a concussion and a chest injury.

Fantasy Impact: While the chest injury seems less concerning at this time, Allison has yet to clear the league's concussion protocol. He should be considered questionable heading into Sunday's matchup with the Raiders until the team says otherwise.

Packers wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling missed practice for the second straight day on Wednesday as he continues to deal with ankle and knee injuries.

Fantasy Impact: Valdes-Scantling is one of many Packers wide receivers who is banged up heading into the team's Week 7 matchup against the Oakland Raiders, and he should be considered questionable until the team provides an official update on Friday.

Packers wide receiver Davante Adams remained out of practice on Thursday ahead of the team's Week 7 matchup against the Oakland Raiders due to a toe injury. (Source: Packers.com)

Fantasy Impact: Adams has not been able to play since leaving the team's Week 4 matchup against the Eagles, though he is reportedly improving. Look for an update on his status on Friday, but consider him very questionable until there is an update that says otherwise.

Packers tight end Jimmy Graham missed practice for the second straight day on Thursday as he continues to deal with an ankle injury. (Source: Packers.com)

Fantasy Impact: An official update will come on Friday when the team releases their injury designations, but Graham owners should start making other plans for Sunday. Graham had just two catches for 17 yards in last week's win over the Lions.

Cardinals wide receiver Christian Kirk remained limited in practice on Thursday with an ankle injury, according to the team's official injury report. (Source: Giants.com)

Fantasy Impact: Kirk has not played since the team's Week 4 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks and should be considered questionable heading into Sunday's matchup against the New York Giants. Look for an update on his status on Friday, when the team will release its official injury designations.

Cowboys wide receiver Randall Cobb missed practice again on Thursday ahead of the team's Week 7 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles as he continues to deal with a back injury.

Fantasy Impact: Cobb missed last week's game against the Jets, and it is looking like he is going to miss a second straight contest in Week 7. Look for an update on his status on Friday, but owners in deeper leagues should prepare to be without Cobb.

Cowboys wide receiver Amari Cooper missed practice again on Thursday as he continues to recover from a quad injury that forced him to leave last week's game against the New York Jets. (Source: David Helman on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Cooper will reportedly attempt to practice on Friday in hopes of playing on Sunday night, but he is considered very questionable heading into the team's Week 7 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Washington running back Adrian Peterson returned to practice on Thursday after sitting out Wednesday with a quad injury. (Source: Redskins.com)

Fantasy Impact: Peterson received a veteran rest day on Wednesday, but his full practice on Thursday means that he is good to go for the team's Week 7 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers.

Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson remained absent from practice on Thursday ahead of the team's Week 7 matchup with the Dallas Cowboys as he continues to recover from an abdominal injury. (Source: PhiladelphiaEagles.com)

Fantasy Impact: Some reports have come out saying that Jackson is hoping to play this week, but he has yet to practice since before Week 2 against the Atlanta Falcons and should be considered very questionable for this week against the Cowboys. Look for an update on his status when the team releases its official injury designations on Friday, but fantasy owners should plan to be without the speedy wideout for another week.

Chiefs running back Darwin Thompson is inactive for the team's Week 7 matchup against the Denver Broncos on Thursday Night Football. (Source: Denver Post on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Thompson does not factor into the team's plans with their other backs healthy, and he only logged special teams snaps last week. He has not seen an offensive touch since Week 3 against the Ravens and has just nine yards rushing on the year. He is not relevant in fantasy unless the Chiefs suffer a number of injuries on offense.

Josh Gordon (knee/ankle) is dealing with multiple injuries and appears unlikely to play Monday’s Week 7 contest against the Jets. (Source: Zack Cox on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Gordon status will need to be monitored leading up to Monday night’s game against the Jets. He didn’t practice Thursday and the latest report has him unlikely to play. If Gordon is unable to go, look for Phillip Dorsett and Jakobi Meyers to see some additional targets. With Gordon playing Monday night, fantasy owners should explore other options at WR for Week 7.

Miami Dolphins RB Kenyan Drake is on the trading block, according to Ian Rapoport. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Drake, RB44 on a points-per-game basis, could benefit from a fantasy perspective on a better offense if traded. Not only is he in on a dismal offense in Miami, Drake's splitting carries and targets with Mark Walton and Kalen Ballage. The aforementioned two would benefit slightly as well if Drake's traded.

Drew Brees (thumb) said Wednesday that he is back to throwing a regulation-sized football. (Source: Pro Football Talk)

Fantasy Impact: This is an important step of the rehab process for Brees, who injured his thumb back on September 15th. The 40-year-old is currently aiming to return in Week 8 versus the Cardinals. In order to accomplish that he'll need to get some practice reps in either this week or next.

Los Angeles Rams star running back Todd Gurley was able to log a limited practice session on Wednesday. (Source: Omar Ruiz on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Todd Gurley missed Week 6, and his absence was felt dramatically by quarterback Jared Goff. With no running game to worry about, the 49ers held Jared Goff to a career low in passing yards. With Malcolm Brown dealing with an injury issue of his own, rookie Darrell Henderson should get the nod if Gurley is ruled inactive for Week 7.

Los Angeles Rams running back Malcolm Brown missed Wednesday's practice with an ankle injury. (Source: Omar Ruiz on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: This is a new injury for Brown. Todd Gurley got in a limited session on Wednesday and may be closer to taking the field than Brown. Darrell Henderson will be an RB1 if both Gurley and Brown miss Week 7's contest against the Atlanta Falcons.

San Francisco 49ers star tight end George Kittle missed Wednesday's practice with a groin injury. (Source: NFL.com)

Fantasy Impact: Missing a Wednesday practice is not something to be overly concerned about. This is a situation to monitor throughout the week. Kittle has a great matchup this weekend against Washington, and should be good to go after playing through the injury in Week 6.

Talented Green Bay Packers tight end Jace Sternberger was listed as a full participant on the team's Wednesday practice report. (Source: NFL.com)

Fantasy Impact: Sternberger is eligible to return in two weeks time. One of the most talented tight ends in this year's draft class, he could very possibly make an immediate push for snaps at the expense of Jimmy Graham. He makes for a great speculative add for team's that have the extra roster space.

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara missed Wednesday's practice with an ankle injury. (Source: NFL.com)

Fantasy Impact: Kamara is dealing with a high-ankle sprain that appears to be of the mild variety. While he was able to play through it this past Sunday, it very clearly limited his effectiveness, and as a result his snaps. He is an automatic fade in DFS contests this weekend, but will be hard to sit in season long formats. The Saints appear to be legitimately concerned with his injury as they signed running back Zach Zenner as potential cover.
