Robinson led the Bears in targets last year despite playing in just 13 games, and had a big playoff performance with 10 catches for 143 yards and a touchdown. Now, in his second year playing with Mitchell Trubisky in Matt Nagy's system and another year removed from his ACL tear, some growth should certainly be expected. Don't let last year's "disappointing" season allow you to let Robinson fall too far. He should be a relatively reliable starting wide receiver in all fantasy formats.
