Chris Thompson Week 6 Outlook -

By Mike Tagliere (FantasyPros), Wed, Oct 9th 2019, 2:09pm EDT

Thompson might be left out of the party unless his role in the new offense changes. Not many teams have had to target their running backs against the Dolphins, and as a result, just one running back (Austin Ekeler) has totaled more than three receptions. When you know that Thompson has seen 1.5 times more targets than he's seen rushing attempts is a problem in this matchup. Again, there's always a chance Callahan involves him more in the run-game, but this seems like a Peterson-heavy game. Thompson is a semi-risky RB4 whose floor is lower than usual.
