Hines only managed three touches, 18 total yards, and 31% of the snaps played last week. Yes, two of his opportunities came in the red zone, but that's impossible to bank on as a reason to consider him in your fantasy lineup. Hines can be cut to the waiver wire if you need the space on your roster.
