Saquon Barkley Week 6 Outlook - Eagles at Giants

Barkley has not been the same this season. Whether you want to blame the Eagles as a team or Barkley the player, something has changed from last season. Unlike last year, when Barkley was ripping off 60-yard runs every second week, he has become a volume-based play with high touchdown upside. Don't believe me? Barkley is currently 22nd in rushing yards at the position behind David Montgomery, Jacory Croskey-Merit, and Rico Dowdle. Thankfully, Barkley gets to play the Giants twice over the next three weeks. This week on Thursday Night Football is a great chance to showcase to the league that this offense is as dangerous as ever. Although being a limited participant in practice this week, it sounds like the team is resting him on a short week and shouldn't impact his availability. It's a great week for Barkley to turn back the clock and have another incredible revenge game performance.
