FantasyPros
White has been a touchdown machine in the playoffs over the past two years, but his touches are limited enough that we can't quite rely on him this week. In PPR formats, he is a borderline top five running back. While Cooks didn't do much to impress last weekend versus the easy Titans' defense, he did see 9 targets which has to encourage owners. Granted, his matchup is much more difficult this week, but with 8+ targets, he certainly has a chance to break a big play or two.
Dan Harris
FantasyPros
White found the end zone twice against the Titans, but had just eight touches total in the game. Unfortunately for him, Rex Burkhead appears likely to return this weekend against the Jaguars, which should only further help to limit White's role. In the end, White needs a touchdown to have much value, and there's no way to know if he'll get it. Particularly in light of the likely positive game script, White shouldn't be much of a fantasy target.Cooks was quiet against the Titans, catching just three of his nine targets. Unfortunately, he now draws an even tougher matchup against Jacksonville and its elite secondary. The exact coverage breakdown for the Jaguars against the Patriots is unclear in light of Rob Gronkowski's presence, but Cooks will likely see a mix of A.J. Bouye and Jalen Ramsey all game. That does not bode well for the speedy receiver, and he should be downgraded some from where he would be ranked in a neutral matchup.

White had only 40 yards from scrimmage last week, but scored two touchdowns. He could have an impact in this game, but he is very boom / bust. The Jaguars allow the fewest points to fantasy receivers , but Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown had 7 receptions for 132 yards and 1 touchdown last week. Cooks could still have a big impact playing with QB Tom Brady.
