| Derek Brown FantasyPros | Last season, Chris Olave had easily the most productive season of his NFL career as the WR7 in fantasy points per game. Olave spiked a career-high nine receiving touchdowns and proved yet again that he should be mentioned in the same breath as the most talented receivers in the NFL. Among 109 qualifying receivers, Olave was tenth in target share (27.2%), ninth in receiving yards per game (72.7), 19th in yards per route run (2.09), ninth in first-read share (33.8%) ,and 28th in first downs per route run (0.095, per Fantasy Points Data). Olave will again be Tyler Shough's unquestioned WR1 in what we expect to be an ascending offense. Olave is a locked-in WR1 for 2026 that could take another step if Shough progresses. | DeVonta Smith steps into the clear WR1 chair for the Philly passing attack. Over the last two years, in a VERY small sample, Smith has proven that he can handle it. In three games since 2024, without A.J. Brown on the field, Smith has commanded a 32.9% target share while producing 2.65 yards per route run (per Fantasy Points Data). Yes, I know the sample is tiny, but it is signal that Smith can command WR1-level volume and remain efficient while doing so. Last year, among 109 qualifying receivers, Smith was also 27th in separation and 28th in route win rate. Last year, Smith also drew a 22.7% target share while producing 2.03 yards per route run (22nd) and 0.089 first downs per route run (32nd). I expect all of those marks to improve in 2026 with Smith leading the way for Philly. He's a WR1/2 with some upside and an extremely high floor. |
| Andrew Erickson FantasyPros | Chris Olave finally delivered the WR1 fantasy season managers had been waiting for, finishing as a top-10 WR after commanding elite volume in Kellen Moore's fast-paced offense. The Saints wideout took his game to another level late in the year once Tyler Shough settled in at quarterback, finishing the fantasy playoffs as one of the highest-scoring receivers in football. Olave's target dominance and downfield role give him a very strong weekly floor, although the addition of rookie Jordyn Tyson could slightly cap his ceiling moving forward. Even if some touchdown regression hits, Olave remains a reliable WR1/WR2 option attached to one of the NFL's more aggressive passing attacks. | DeVonta Smith enters 2026 positioned to lead the Eagles in targets with A.J. Brown no longer in Philadelphia. The former first-round pick has consistently flashed WR1 upside whenever Brown or Dallas Goedert have missed time, while quietly delivering his third 1,000-yard season in 2025. Smith was extremely efficient last season, posting career highs in yards per route run (3.1) and yards per target (11.9) when aligned out wide. Even with rookie Makai Lemon added to the mix, Smith profiles as the clear focal point of the Eagles' passing attack with top-12 fantasy upside. |
