The Broncos said they were going to use Lindsay more this week, and they stayed true to their word. He totaled 18 touches to Royce Freeman's 9 touches. With Brandon Allen under center, the Broncos do not want to throw the ball a whole lot, and their defense keeps them in the game, limiting the number of times they need to pass. Looking ahead at the schedule, there's really nothing to fear with Lindsay, especially if he's going to out-touch Freeman two to one.

Underrated, good RB2 trade targetDoesn't know what an end zone is

No. 12 RB in FAN PTS is 4th in NFL with 6 rushes of 20+ yards - 5th-easiest rated ROS schedule at RB
Bobby Sylvester
Royce Freeman is plenty talented behind Lindsay so it would be fair to worry about that, but try to remember just how great Lindsay was last season. If he is healthy, he will play, even in a new scheme. Whether that means being more involved in the passing game or not, you can rely on Lindsay to produce again if he is on the field.Woods ends a six-man third-tier of fantasy receivers before a huge drop-off to the fourth tier. It might not feel as sexy as some other picks in the fourth or fifth round, but there is something to be said for his safety week to week and year-long in this Rams' machine of an offense.
Dan Harris
Lindsay, an undrafted rookie, had a shocking breakout for the Broncos last year, totaling 1,278 yards and 10 touchdowns. He sustained a wrist injury late last year, needed surgery, and spent much of the offseason rehabbing. Despite his production, the Broncos seem intent on allowing Royce Freeman to split carries with Lindsay, and their signing of Theo Riddick (even though he is now injured) shows that they really want to spread the ball around in the backfield. Don't in any way forget about Lindsay on draft day as an RB2. But don't draft him expecting last year's numbers.Woods has been outstanding in his two seasons with the Rams, and he posted career-highs in most relevant categories last year. Like Brandin Cooks, Woods was actually better with Cooper Kupp on the field, so Kupp's return shouldn't be viewed as a negative. There's little downside with Woods at this point, so draft him as a strong WR2 and enjoy the production.
